How does it actually work?

Hello,

I knew the old forum and it worked very nicely. I remember there was a bot, who replied on every topic, providing the link to the bypassed video. But as I am looking through the requests here, there are a lot of topics, without replies. Even when it's already kinda old. So, does this even work? And how is the bypassed video provided? Does anybody know?
